1. You didn’t link your card on btwn before you made purchase at the vendor

2. You didn’t pay with a card you linked on btwn app

3. Your friend did not download btwn and then made a purchase at the vendor

4. Your friend downloaded btwn app, but they didn’t link their card or used a different card, which is not linked on the app, prior to paying at the vendor.

If your scenario is one of these, we are unable to track your card transactions to enroll you or your friend in a referral process.
